In 2026, the Château des Forges will be reinvented. This new year will mark a significant milestone in the life of the estate with an exceptional project : the creation of new lodges nestled in the heart of the château’s park.
Currently under construction, these accommodations have been designed as true havens of peace, combining elegant architecture, a warm atmosphere, and absolute privacy. Each lodge will offer a unique experience, where the charm of the setting meets the comfort of a private retreat, with meticulous attention paid to every detail.
The opening of these new lodges is scheduled for spring 2026.

We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new range of Sarmance care products in the rooms of Château des Forges.
Made from organic vine leaves from the Loire Valley, this hygiene line combines naturalness, softness, and effectiveness, while showcasing unique local know-how.

Château des Forges is now certified “Produit en Anjou” in the “Service” category. This prestigious label highlights high-quality products and services originating from the Anjou region.
It is the first hospitality establishment in the department to receive this recognition, the result of our team’s daily dedication.

The Château des Forges’ certification was an opportunity to celebrate at our establishment with Pascale Mitonneau, Director of Produit en Anjou, and Hadi Remita, President of the label, alongside some of the local producers whose products we offer at the château, including Céline Fourreau (Brûlerie de la Maine), Florence Tessier (Les Délices de Flo), Sophie Lacharlotte (Les Vergers de la Silves), and Marc Bourrigault (Crémet d’Anjou).
